Ten vendors in four segments. Suites win larger teams with bundles, sales-first tools win inside sales teams, and vertical CRMs win service businesses that need scheduling or billing next to contacts.
Seat prices run from $15 to $65. AI features are becoming table stakes in core plans rather than paid add-ons, which pressures vendors that still charge for them separately. Pricing pages 04 to 07 Oct
Service businesses with 2 to 25 staff still glue CRM, quotes and invoices together. A vertical CRM with quoting and payments has room at $30 to $45 per seat.
Include AI notes in the core plan, publish transparent seat pricing and target one service vertical with templates and integrations before going broad.
