Customer review analysis across your competitors

MarketAgent runs customer review analysis across your competitors, not just your own product. It reads public reviews of each rival, groups them into themes, ranks the most common complaints and pulls out the reasons buyers give for switching, with each quote linked to its review.

Review themes are most useful next to the rest of a rival's record. Open the full competitor profiles, turn the top complaints into battlecards and recommended moves, and compare what buyers say with market trend analysis for the same category.

Public review sites, app store listings, public community forums and other pages anyone can read without logging in. Each quote links back to the review it came from, with the capture date.

Yes. Add your company as a monitored company and its public reviews are analysed the same way, so you can compare your themes with those of each rival.

Reviews are read on the same schedule as the rest of monitoring, weekly on Startup and daily on Team, Business and Enterprise.

Every theme shows how many reviews support it and links to examples, so you can read the evidence yourself. Themes based on only a few reviews are marked as thin.

Ongoing review tracking is part of monitoring for each monitored company. A one off deep dive into reviews runs as a research report and counts as one report in the billing period, even if you delete it later.
