Limits
Every limit, plan by plan
Reports and market maps are counted as used during the billing period. Monitored companies, alert rules and seats are counted at the same time. Usage is shown in the app, and you get a prompt to upgrade at 80 percent of a monthly quota.

Billing
How billing works
Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, monthly or yearly. Everything below runs in the app without an email to anyone.
An example calculation
A first market map with 30 competitors often takes an analyst two to three weeks, and outside firms commonly quote 15,000 to 50,000 USD for a market study. Team billed yearly is $4,788 for twelve months, with 20 reports and daily monitoring of 25 companies every month.
One subscription per workspace
A workspace holds one plan. If it already pays, the plan buttons open a plan change, never a second checkout.
Upgrades charge the difference now
Moving to a bigger plan or from monthly to yearly charges the prorated difference immediately, and the new limits start once it is paid.
Cancel anytime
Cancel in the billing portal with two clicks. The plan stays on until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing.
Invoices for every payment
Download receipts and invoices from the billing portal, with your company name and tax ID. Card payments use 3D Secure.
Enterprise is self-serve too
Enterprise has a price and the same checkout as every other plan. SSO, SCIM, the API and 50 seats are on as soon as the payment clears. Questions about security reviews go to [email protected], and the security page covers data handling.
